Although I can believe that President Macron is a nice man, who may have a brain, France is not a nice country. France is responsible for genocides in Africa. France is responsible for the bombing of Syria, which has never offended a France.
For that matter, a part of being a conscientious citizen, which I have always considered myself to be, acting as such with my new civil servant saying I have got two greencards, already, with signing up to vote, then being told in racist Orange County that no, I really shouldn't, since being a minority as a woman of color means I am not a person, then with realizing I'm too old for both the Marines and the Army, but knowing I am a first responder as a registered (CA and US) pharmacy technician, well, it's important to know the hard hitting points for relevant issues, so.
For that matter, since the only thing Al Qaeda have in common with Iraq is a Q, let's call More Blood For Oil what it is, because an Iraq has never, like a Syria, like an Afghanistan, offended a United States.
Since 1970 everybody except Texas, Hawaii, and California has acted like its own country.
Since California cares so much, we are really like Christian Communists over here, because we believe paying taxes means public education, working for a job not something that is horrible, etc. All the hate we get, because caring about the environment is good, it's bizarre not to care about your environment, not to care about others. That is my response.
President Donald Trump's twitters about raving over France? They had got a lot of Jews extant today.
Iraq has never offended a United States.
Syria has never offended a United States.
Afghanistan has never offended a United States.
Bombings of children in Syria? America looked a bit to Bosnia and Herzegovina (Croatia, Serbia, Monte Negro) but barely...couldn't even stomach Rwanda, although some well meaning soldiers who are good Americans tried to do their best for some Somalis.
Look to the drones' victims.
Look at Vietnam happening every day to inoffensive countries with inoffensive children. It's worse than napalm, what American soldiers are forced to do.
To be clear, the Korean War and the Vietnam war were moves for world domination. U.S. historians then should have looked at "allies" then and motives then, which may be the same as motives now.
Before the Trump and Obama administrations, sadly the Philippines was a wreck ecologically with all the nuclear waste three previous American bases left. And the courts from all countries with American bases could go no where with all the rape victims found, if at all they were found alive.
Rex Tillerson, now fired, to be sure, palling around in the Philippines with a dictator murdering thousands. That is not anything but a recipe for ongoing genocide for those who are nice, who have got brains with their hearts, it doesn't lead to better trade advantage it leads to something akin to all those Christians not doing anything while holocausts continue, from the first of wars, to unfortunately, good "collateral damage" who have never hurt any souls, American or their own countrymen and women and children, who really don't understand why big sticks mean a set of rules for "us" (I am not allowed there, but my God is a good GOD) and what if anything sovereignty and dignity mean anymore, just a bunch of armchair generals not thinking about the Marines dying without enough rations, selling weapons to other countries, and then telling me I'm not even a person.
