kay_mulanI am so grateful that I was able to teach World Tai Chi Day three years in a row in three different cities. I hope to participate at a local park nearby if I am able to find a group that will participate in the movement.
The disconnect in Western thought, about energy in terms of where it comes from, what it consists of, etc. it's sad.
I wish I could share more, especially the energy exercise I devised for people who participated, with me. Because I love seeing somebody's eyes light up, as they feel the energy, and recognize and appreciate what I'm talking about!
