kay_mulanOn Saturday, I volunteered and got to make a couple of these kits; hopefully, they help some good peeps out. I got to be in charge of recycling, too, with Valerie. :waves enthusiastically:
I hadn't volunteered since high school; it was such good energy to make kits for homeless pet owners with Michelson Found Animals Foundation and The Giving Spirit. :) As somebody who had owned cockatiels for 9 years, and as somebody who has been homeless, the cause really grabbed me. I am so glad my friend Nancy invited me to come along and help out!
