Weekdays I walk three to six miles every day.

It is a walk, a regular walk, a nice trek through the urban or suburban jungle, to get to the nearest public library and use the internet for almost two hours whenever it is open!

I will say that taking martial arts since twelve and doing it through to today, me, at age thirty six, really really helps my heart health.

Mr. Art Levine references sources saying that all psychiatric drugs give you heart conditions.

Did you notice in Florida those twelve aged who died in a nursing home from psychiatric drugs, which was blamed on the heat, in the middle of a tropical storm of much cold rain, and the air conditioning breaking down??

They shouldn't be giving contraindicative "psychiatric meds" to people who are youth, who are orphans, who are in the foster care system in California, or Florida, or anywhere else in the United States. Especially if it is supposedly made for schizophrenics, and it's being used for supposed ADD or ADHD. That stuff kills!

It is really unfortunate that with ten years of lupus, I am sensing wellness every day, but categorically speaking, my heart, and my lungs, and my kidneys are attacked.

I already had to take (multiple) genericS of lithium for more than ten years when my first diagnosis and my first psychiatric drug was Depression and LexaPro.

Ten years of multiple genericS of lithium basically killed my kidneys, to me.

And it killed my thyroid. Got hypothyroid; had to use Synthroid for years. Praise HIM.

I am so glad my liver function seems to be doing well, too, considering the mental health industry has chucked at me, for Bipolar 2, which is not PTSD, lithiumS, Xyprexa, Zaidus, Lamictal, Geodon, Clozeril, Seroquel, Invega Sustenna, Tegratol, Benadryl, Ativan (which I sometimes needed to supress medicating side effects, ETS), Risperdal, Cogentin (again, to minimize side effects, ETS), Haldol, the great and humbling and frighteningly scary etcetera... When all I needed was a little Paxil, or Prozac.

Or the LexaPro I was first given. Somebody of former authority noticed I was doing well, and threw away my meds, and intimidated my - from getting me more.

Or the Sertraline which I first started using from San Pedro Mental Health's Dr. Honeegg in 2012, which was never discontinued by him, but upon his retirement, I was almost forced into monthly injections. Are you kidding me?! I have injected myself for months with Interferon to stave off liver failure from Hepatitis B when I was barely out of my teens in order to be liver cancer free; I have some epilepsy and multiple heart conditions from all this crap, as evidenced by every EKG and an echocardiogram in 2012; I do not need this shit. Yeah, I *asked* for Sertraline (an antidepressant); my then psychiatrist at Rio Hondo Mental Health lowered my Risperdal and Cogentin simultaneously, thank you very much. That is why I am diagnosed with not Schizophrenia since August of this year (when the pit of hell, L-, in LB- tried to stick me with the wrong diagnosis since I got the heck out of there and moved to Los Angeles in December 2016 (of last year!) and. (After three years there of being treated for Bipolar 2!!!) (So very good of the court psychotherapist to say it was PTSD in March; even, it would have been better, had there been more coordination because the resident psychiatrist in January said I did have PTSD, and to him was not a Schizophrenic. Terms of definitions and identification are really important when you are fighting for your rights, and the word "psychiatry" is a threat to your physical well being, and sense of life, sometimes, by nefarious means, on purpose.) Now I am rightfully diagnosed, because officially on paper it does also say Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Some nice lady from Veterans Affairs says that PTSD is a normal reaction to trauma, and in 2017 March I can begin to talk about rape.

I am so very glad that tai chi in the mornings and tai chi in the evenings, after breakfast and after dinner, keep me on an even keel.

The tendons and the energies require a cleansing that only communing with earth outside although sometimes if in a hurry I have to do it inside can provide.

Learning 24 postures from a book was very challenging and fun, and watching videos on youtube is not the same as doing it with a hundred people or three, but solitary tai chi can afford its own pleasures, and my neck and my back and my knees and my ankles and my shoulders really appreciate all this daily effort!

I get giddy when I figure out that there could be thousands of fighting styles, because I read somewhere that since the Philippines (God Bless, it's horrible that Islamic State is there now) has 7,102 islands each island might have their own fighting style.

My brain and body are going, ooh! Shiny, pretty.

*New* **to me** martial arts. !
